I grew up around homeopathic remedies – both being prescribed by a homeopath for chronic issues and being treated acutely by my parents.
Following the birth of my first child and the return of my period cycles I sought out options to ensure I could remain active (rather than confined to the sofa with a hot water bottle) and calm with my family in the face of hormonal changes.
I attended an introductory day at The Welsh School of Homeopathy in Carmarthen and I was so inspired by the teachers at the school and the patient testimonials that I made the decision to join the four-year practitioner course. My experience of the school and the other homeopaths I met along the way was so motivating, encouraging me to start my practice and work with women who want to improve their physical and mental health.
Further to my fantastic training at The Welsh School of Homeopathy I have joined CHE Pro as I enjoy continued professional development and know my practice benefits greatly from it.
Recently I have completed further training from BioCare Education and CHE Pro on:
The Wisdom of the Hormone Cycle
The Female Story – Supplements to support PMS, Fertility, Pregnancy and Menopause
Menopause Masterclass
In my spare time I enjoy running, baking and spending time at the beach with my family.
