Finding the right homeopathic remedy is an entirely personal process. To choose the remedy (or remedies) that best fit you and your current situation, I take time to understand not only your symptoms but also what it feels like to experience them and what your life is like as a whole.

A first consultation typically lasts around 90 minutes. We’ll talk about your current symptoms, your personal and family health history, and get a sense of who you are as a person. I’ll ask a variety of questions, which may include your hobbies, food preferences, sleep patterns, body temperature, and any particular fears or sensitivities.

A follow-up consultation lasts up to an hour and gives us the opportunity to review any changes, discuss your progress, and explore anything else you’d like to address.
